Heather Glenn meets a tragic end, leaving Matt wracked in guilt. But was Heather's death truly a suicide…or a murder with a motive? Murdock & Nelson are back in practice, trying to avenge the death of a woman who touched both their lives.

Heather Glenn keeps calling Matt after they broke up (arranged by Black Widow and Foggy). She says to Matt she is going to die if he wouldn't come back to her but he stop answering her calls. Then she commits suicide.

Matt senses a strange smell of cigarette inside her house and investigates, just to know that an Italian stolen her thinks from the safe, but she was already dead.
