Happy Hogan recounts a time when Tony Stark took down a secret agenda against Stark Industries as Iron Man.

Republic Oil and Natural Gas is waging a secret campaign against Stark Industries. Their Vice President Simon Krieger hired a paramilitary group called the Dogs of War. Steve Krieger disguised as Tony Stark along with this group threatens a secret meeting of powerful people regarding S.H.I.E.L.D. aboard a Helicarrier still under construction. Krieger's mission ultimately fails when his true face is exposed by Happy Hogan and the rest of the Dogs of War are taken out by Iron Man.

The story itself is told through the eyes of Happy Hogan.
