Each issue is made up of short stories that cover the effects of the spores on the major cities of the DC universe. They tell the story how the heroes and villains are dealing with the events of Titans: Beast World

Gotham

Nightwing deals with Beast form Batman, but learns that the infected Batman has at least enough control to not kill humans and is still trying to protect Gotham. Harley Quinn has turned into a Rabbit-Human hybrid is stalking a Joker goon. Red Hood has become a beast form is still dealing out justice. Huntress becomes a beast and Cass is sent to stop her. Stephanie finds a Killer Moth beast is able to stomp him before he can cause more damage.

Metropolis

Dreamer rescues the people of A-town with the help of John and then deals with a beast version of Livewire. Bibbo and Professor Hamilton deal with an enlarged Jimmy Olsen Turtleboy. Lois has set up a command post at the Fortest of Solitude, but while there she is attacked by beast form superheroes, and Superman comes to the rescue, risking being taken over by the spores.
