The Seed Eaters
Origin
The Seed Eaters are a clandestine group of corporeal succubi formed by Patrika, an Estrie with a vision. Unlike her sister, Nightevil, who operates with a chaotic malevolence, Patrika sought to unite succubi under a banner of organization and mutual protection. She envisioned a group that could thrive in the human world, drawing energy from their interactions with human males while maintaining a degree of autonomy and safety while secretly gaining power for themselves, but also their vampiric Estries sisters.
The inspiration for The Seed Eaters emerged when Patrika encountered Kor'l Rin, a powerful succubus with a deep desire to experience human life. Recognizing Kor'l's potential, Patrika aided her in becoming corporeal, helping her obtain a human identity as Korrel Wrein. Korrel's successful integration into human society fueled Patrika's ambition to create a collective of like-minded succubi. She reached out to others who shared her vision, promising them the benefits of mutual protection, shared knowledge, and the thrill of human experience.
As The Seed Eaters began to take shape, the group attracted succubi who longed for more than the solitary existence that had defined their lives. Each member brought unique skills and ambitions, creating a dynamic network capable of supporting and protecting one another. The group's primary objective was to enjoy the pleasures of the human world while ensuring their safety through collective strength.
Story Arc
In Darc! issue one, The Seed Eaters find themselves at a pivotal moment in their evolution. Katelyn Wrein, one of the group's founding members, introduces her ex-boyfriend Josh to the collective. Josh's insatiable desires and reckless behavior had previously strained his relationship with Katelyn, but his connection to her now presents an opportunity for The Seed Eaters.
Recognizing Josh's potential as a source of energy, the group decides to include him in their activities, seeing him as a useful asset for expanding their reach in human society. Patrika, ever the strategist, understands that Josh's involvement could attract attention and risks, but she also sees the potential for The Seed Eaters to grow in power and influence through his connections.
As Josh becomes entangled with The Seed Eaters, the group's interactions with the human world intensify, drawing them further into the intricate web of supernatural politics and conflicts. The story hints at tensions within the group as they navigate the complexities of maintaining all of the ladies sharing him, with a focus on Gemini, one of the succubi trying to enter our world, and assuring Katelyn gets time with him.
