Origin

It is still a mystery how Cutter and Dolly become bonded, as all agents of The Order of St. George have monster totem, but where most hate their monster, Cutter seems to be mentally unstable when the pair are apart. It is also unclear what type of monster is bonded to Dolly, but it likes to watch cartoons and doesn't like to be touched.

Creation

Dolly was created by James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera for their run on Something is Killing the Children.

Dolly and Cutter are in England when the get the mission from Albie to go to America and eliminate Erica Slaughter. While there, Dolly helps Cutter in her mission and enjoys watching her work.

While in Tribulation, Cutter poses as an FBI agent and stages an attack on the police so that Erica will get blamed. This plan works but Cutter forgets Dolly and Erica takes the totem. Erica then keeps the totem enraging Cutter who kills more people to get back to Dolly.

Cutter is reunited with Dolly before she is killed by Erica, and later House Slaughter agent Cecilia Slaughter takes the totem back to House Slaughter, and its future is uncertain.
