Origin

When Miles Morales found himself accidentally on Earth-6160, he secured the origin boxes that universe's Tony Stark used to create new superheroes. When taking them to his world's Tony Stark for safe keeping, Miles was attacked by The Spot, who was hired by someone who knew about the boxes to steal them. While fighting, Miles' venom blast caused Spot's teleportation to destabilize briefly, sending the origin boxes around the New York area. One recipient was Orson Boothe, the CEO of a media company who was falling on hard times. He received a Cyttorak Gem.

Ultimate Impact

Upon receiving the Cyttorak Gem, people seemed to be bending to Boothe's will. Employees were meeting his needs before he could ask, and a business rival who refused an earlier deal suddenly reconsidered. Then, a breaking news story fell into his lap when Hostilicus, a Negative Zone warrior, arrived in Central Park and started fighting with the Punisher. Boothe used his new powers of persuasion to make a deal with Hostilicus to document his carnage on Earth for more weapons, which Hostilicus accepted.

Boothe gave Hostilicus the location of a SHIELD armory and then of a storage unit with a SHIELD helicarrier. Both break-ins got the attention of a few heroes including a new Wonder Man and Sightseer, two other New Yorkers who received origin boxes. The heroes recognized Hostilicus' weapons as quantum bands and worked together to get his wrists to clink together. Once they did, Hostilicus was sent back to Negative Zone-6160, returning the two teenagers. Mogul got his footage, and no one was the wiser.
