Ultimate Impact
A few origin boxes from Earth-6160 were lost on Earth-616. One box, containing a complimentary pair of Nega-Bands fell into the laps of two teenagers in Central Park. Each teenager put one on and while they went their separate ways, they bumped bands as a valediction, activating the bands and swapping their place with Hostilicus. Hostilicus started fighting openly with the cops and eventually the Punisher, getting the attention of would-be media mogul, Orson Boothe. Boothe also came into possession of an origin box. His contained a Cyttorak Gem, which allowed him to be supernaturally persuasive. He made a deal with Hostilicus to exchange weapons in order to document his carnage exclusively. Hostilicus agreed.
Boothe gave Hostilicus the location of a SHIELD armory, which Boothe then had his techs hack into the security feed to broadcast. The break-in got the attention of Iron Man and led to some excellent footage for Boothe. He then sent Hostilicus to a storage unit with a SHIELD helicarrier. This got the attention of a few heroes including a new Wonder Man and Sightseer, two other New Yorkers who received origin boxes. The heroes recognized Hostilicus' weapons as quantum bands and worked together to get his wrists to clink together. Once they did, Hostilicus was sent back to Negative Zone-6160, returning the two teenagers.
