Four issue mini-series.

Barnes continues to wrap up the old cases of the " Young Allies" as the new Captain America. As he becomes the last of his original group , Lady Lotus appears. Barnes recalls their encounter with Lady Lotus, and sets off on a quest to close the final chapter with her capture. Armed with a half decade of improvements, Captain America is determined to not let her get away again, but will he fall to the Lotus's mental powers yet again.
